Well, all i can say is replace all the bearings, only tighten the non drive side cone nut down hard. Keep the driver one finger tight at most.
Check your chain alignment and dont keep your chain super tight.
Also avoid grinding on your drive side, hitting the driver with a ledge is one way to blow it up for sure.

you destroyed all your driver bearings. Same with me, its because you probably have both your chain too tight and that locknut too tight.
When i keep that locknut so its about an 1/8th of a turn away from touching the driver, it works great once i tighten it into the frame.
When you tighten that nut and put it on your bike, is it really stiff to pedal it backwards?

keep an eye out for cracks. it should be fine as long as the frame isnt bent or feels funny.

is that the downtube or toptube? and is it a chromoly frame or aluminium?
Id say ask brodie if its possible to warrenty, if not, ride it and keep a close eye out for cracks.
Ive seen worse ridden and its turned out fine.

You gotta remove all the outer hardware, then tap it out with a soft faced hammer tapping towards the hub on the DRIVE side
Tapping the other way will destroy the internals.

Why do you want to change it? You would need a good reason to.

Well it could be one of many things, but rebuilding the coaster, and making sure your cranks are done up properly is a good place to start.

Really, the first thing i do to my coaster if i have a problem is rebuild it. If i still have the problem, then i know to start elsewhere. Try that, then come back.

remove your driver cone nut, then pull the driver out. then tap the axle out through the driver side(tapping on the driver side axle). The bearing in question will come out. Then remove the other cone nut, and slide the bearing off. Just spin it with your fingers. If it feels really rough and stiff, its dead. If it feels smooth or relatively smooth, it should be good.

If you see someone saying something completely wrong like that, just point it out in the thread if its wrong/just not right. At least then any wrong answers wont be from the poster. Otherwise, just ignore them.
But i hear ya, its annoying, but its the internet, wutchu gonna do!
Cheers!
